### Our Founder

**Lisa Russell** is a soulful strategist, retreat curator, and transformational leader who blends operational excellence with intentional living. After 25 years leading high-impact teams, she founded *Jade & Oak*—a space for reconnection, reflection, and personal transformation.

Rooted in her deep commitment to authenticity and healing, Lisa brings both structure and soul to every experience she creates. Her daughter, **Jade**, contributes her creative and artistic gifts to the retreats, making Jade & Oak a generational journey—where wisdom and wonder meet.

Together, they craft experiences that nourish the mind, body, and spirit—helping others rise into their most aligned, expansive selves.
